AHHHHHHHHH! Godamn student loans! Was meant to get around £900 pounds in bank today. It was not there. Apparently it goes through tomorrow (I found this out after many calls to the loan company and university, spending lots of time on hold) which might not seem like a big deal to some. But let me just outline my situation:

I have £5 to my name
It's in the bank
The bank is about 2 miles away
I have to go into my bank to take out such a lowly sum of money
There is NO food in the house
My boyfriend hasn't got enough money to get a BUS to work

Needless to say today is going to suck. Plus we owe quite a lot of money to various friends and family members as we had to borrow over the summer as neither of us could find a job until last month. So now you understand my situation I can tell you about the interesting character who invaded my flat this weekend:
It was friday night, me and dave had invited the guys from work home for drinks at the flat. Our flatmate was out on the town- lookin for love. We, however, were getting steadily more drunk and trying to figure out what Derren Brown was saying on TV. Around 3 or 4 in the morning our flatmate returned towing the most irritating and obtuse person I've ever met. We do not know her name, we just refer to her as 'homeless chick' a girl our flatmate mate had rounded up outside a club and (under the guise of giving her somewhere to sleep for the night) invited her back to ours in an attempt to 'woo' her. And so the night began a downward spiral into unavoidable stupidity. Firstly we somehow ended up playing a very stupid game of I-Spy. However this somehow turned into a 3 HOUR argument between my boss and homeless chick over the rules of I-Spy. It ended eventually because my boyfriend had to tell them both to shut up- it honestly got the the point where he had to shout at them like they were children. Now here are some of the things homeless chick mentioned during the argument:
1. She was too clever to be on the dole (she said this several times)
2. She had no family
3. Her parents are artists
4. Her brother works with our flatmate
5. She has no home
6. She has been living in france for 4 years
Sound annoying yet? Maybe I should describe how she looked:
She was a whole new level of day-glo orange- doesn't have anywhere to live but can apply fake tan. Also she was caked in so much make-up she looked like she was the one the whores modeled themselves on.
AND IF SHE WAS HOMELESS WHAT WAS SHE DOING AT A NIGHTCLUB!!??

Our flatmate is now the butt of everyones joke as we will never let im live down the mental anguish we all had to suffer for his manly needs *sigh*
